My work is rooted in strength training, biomechanics education, and functional movement, but I approach each session with the understanding that health is not just physical. It’s personal, emotional, and often tied to the seasons of life we find ourselves in.
I work privately with clients in their homes, helping them regain strength, confidence, and control of their bodies. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, rebuilding after burnout, or simply trying to feel good again, I meet you exactly where you are.
I don’t follow rigid protocols or push one-size-fits-all fitness trends. Instead, I focus on adaptability—because your body changes, your life changes, and your workout should support that. I bring the equipment to you. I adjust the plan in real time. I pay attention to how you move, how you feel, and what you’re ready for.
