Health and Wellness

The key to living a long and rewarding life is putting your health and wellness first. This goes beyond lifting weights and putting them down, this includes measurements within prescribed guidelines like great blood pressure, low stress, a good diet, valued friendships, a spiritual relationship with something larger and an inherent curiosity for more. The 5 aspects of health that I focus on are physical, mental/emotional, social and intellectual/spiritual. Other models include financial and familial but I feel they are accounted for in the primary 5.

This is a link to a 6 week or 12 week meditation course that you can take on your own time! Instruction from me, with weekly emails and "homework" ensure you increase your meditative minutes!

CORPORATE WELLNESS

Corporate wellness is multifaceted with productivity, stress relief, efficiency and time management. I strive for a Life - Work Integration as opposed to work life balance.

As your professional Wellness Director, one of the first sessions I instruct is autonomy over scheduling and calendar integrity. Then, we use space and time to prioritize movement. Everything we do in a day is connected by the breath and intention and therefore reduces injury and stress. Let me work with your office to find a routine that creates happy, healthy employees!

YOGA CEU's

As a yoga instructor, I can provide private classes, group classes and I offer continuing education courses also.

I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Program as well as an eRYT-500. Courses that I offer are Intermittent Fasting, Meditation and Ritual Evolution to get early stagnation moving again.
