Health and Wellness

The key to living a long and rewarding life is putting your health and wellness first. This goes beyond lifting weights and eating right, this includes measurements within prescribed guidelines like great blood pressure, low stress, a good diet, valued friendships, a spiritual relationship with something larger and an inherent curiosity for more. The 5 aspects of health that I focus on are physical, mental/emotional, social and intellectual/spiritual. 

This is a link to a 6 week or 12 week meditation course that you can take on your own time! Instruction from me, with weekly emails and "homework" ensure you increase your meditative minutes!

I have been in health and wellness for over 15 years focusing on injury prevention, yoga, personal training, meditation, fitness nutrition and body movement optimization. I can help you! 

Fitness Nutrition


Are you confused with all of the diet options out there? I was too. It’s very overwhelming to know you have a dietary restriction but are being told to eat a certain way. I can help you navigate through all of these “diets” and chose a lifestyle eating pattern that is right for you. You might have Celiac Disease or food allergies, you may be battling preexisting conditions, and you could even be in optimal health, but learning what to eat and how to prepare it is also very important. I can educate you about calories (creepy monsters in our closets that tighten clothing when we sleep), macros, healthy fats, empty calories, and even your vitamin and supplement intake. Ultimately, I can repair your relationship with food to be fuel for your body! Ask me about Ayurveda - Believe me when I tell you it's the way the world works! With your goals and activity level my first priority, I can outfit you with a weekly meal plan to accommodate how many calories you should be eating and the quality of those calories per day. This purchase must be made with a 1-hour training session and an assessment session.

CORPORATE WELLNESS

Corporate wellness is multifaceted with productivity, stress relief, efficiency and time management. I strive for a Life - Work Integration as opposed to work life balance.

As your professional Wellness Director, one of the first sessions I instruct is autonomy over scheduling and calendar integrity. Then, we use space and time to prioritize movement. Everything we do in a day is connected by the breath and intention and therefore reduces injury and stress. Let me work with your office to find a routine that creates happy, healthy employees!

YOGA CEU's

As a experienced yoga instructor with over 1400 hours of education, I can provide private classes, group classes and I offer continuing education courses.

I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Program as well as an eRYT-500. Courses that I offer are Intermittent Fasting, Meditation and Ritual Evolution to get early stagnation moving again.
