What if I drink coffee, wine, or use cannabis?

I’m traveling or have events during the detox. Should I wait to join?

Hi, I’m Chrissie—teacher, trainer, habit strategist, and creator of The Yoga Health Club. I’ve spent years helping people rethink what it really means to feel well. But getting here wasn’t as easy as I expected.
