Maybe you might not be interested in detoxing right now or you think that adding in a few extra veggies would help - here is a clean eating guide to help you on your journey!

More Than a Cleanse It’s a Total Life Refresh

This isn't just about food or fitness. This is a full-spectrum, guided journey to clear your space, clear your mind, and come back to yourself.
In this 21-day detox, you’ll:
✔️ Declutter your home using Marie Kondo’s method
✔️ Reset your daily habits with mindfulness, journaling & breathwork
✔️ Align your meals and movement with the rhythms of spring
✔️ Learn how to transition gracefully out of winter heaviness
✔️ Be guided by ancient wisdom from Ayurveda

Nature is Waking Up. It’s Time You Did Too.

Spring is a season of renewal. It’s the time to shed what’s stagnant—dust, distractions, and outdated beliefs—and step into a lighter way of living.

In Ayurveda, this is Kapha season—when we shake off heaviness, awaken digestion, and welcome in movement, vitality, and clarity.

And just like we switch out winter wardrobes, we need to refresh our home, habits, and headspace. That’s what the Spring Detox is all about.

"When you’re surrounded by things that bring you joy, you’re free to focus on what really matters." Marie Kondo

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When should I focus on a Food Detox versus maybe a mind/environmenet detox?
A: Twice a year you should focus on food and twice a year you should focus on the physical space. That's why The Subala 21 Day Detox has an element of repetition to it in case the season doesn't sit right with the participant. If you think about it, there are always reasons to declutter, simplify and reset our bodies, minds, homes and connections. That's why Chrissie's approach is a "Take what you need; leave what you don't" style each season.
Q: Is this just another restrictive cleanse?
A: Absolutely not. Subala's Spring Detox approach is about nourishing your microbiome AND getting rid of the crap physically around you. It's not about depletion. You'll eat delicious, satisfying foods designed to support detoxification.
Q: Will I be hungry all the time?
A: With rhythmic fasting, your cells rediscover the fuel in fat cells. You'll learn your optimal fasting rhythm, which actually reduces hunger by resetting your hormones naturally. Will you be hungry sometimes? Yes, but that's your body's way of telling you it's ready to be filled with nourishing foods again so we need to feel that to get into the emptying-filling rhythm.
Q: What do I have to give up?
A: Nothing. In seasonal detoxes you have more choice to focus on habits that work for you.

Q: Can I do this while working full-time?
A: Yes! All live sessions are recorded, and the daily practices take 30-60 minutes on your own time. Many members report increased energy and productivity during the program and say it's very easy to get into the rhythm with dedicated/scheduled times!

Q: Will this help with my specific health concerns?
A: A healthy, nourished, and deeply hydrated microbiome is your protection from pathogenic overgrowth. While I can't make specific medical claims, members have reported improvements in various chronic conditions by addressing the root cause - microbiome health.

Q: I've tried detoxes before without lasting results. How is this different?
A: Most detoxes focus only on elimination. There's a purpose to these, but it's not the purpose of the Spring Detox. Subala's Spring Detox addresses the rebuilding phase that's essential for lasting change, particularly in establishing a healthy microbiome. Plus - there are actionable items for you to complete which takes your mind off of cooking, recipe making, grocery shopping and thinking about hunger. It's multifaceted purposely to keep you busy and not bored!

A note from Chrissie

Hi, I'm Chrissie!

I am a teacher, trainer, owner of an online educational platform and a goal oriented, healthy forward thinker in all things wellness.

I want to tell you about how I got here.

You see, I didn't always think and believe in working for your health, I have great genes. I thought health would come really really easy to me, all the time. Then, I was diagnosed with a genetic mutation. Then, all of the women in my family were diagnosed with cancer. Then, I tapped into the blood pressure problems my family had and I realized, it's going to take more than good genes to stay healthy.

I believe that the human body has the power to heal itself and is inherently healthly, until we abuse and expose it to "normal things" that end up causing more harm than good.

I had a lot of work to do. I had to reevaluate what the definition of health was, what it was to be healthy and really what it felt like to be healthy.

As I did the work, I began to view myself differently but so did the people around me. As I learned more, I added this course as a supplement to The Yoga Health Club, a one year course in how to take back the definition of health and wellness the right way.

Two years after leading detoxes with The Yoga Health Club, here we are. I created a 3-4 week detox that simplifies what you need to do to reset your energy, attention, diet, exercise and self for the season ahead.

You will have lifetime access so this course will evolve and grow with you, as the seasons change.
